Open the app, enter where you are and where you are going, choose the vehicle type that suits you, and confirm. We find the nearest available driver and show you their details, their vehicle and how long they will take to reach you.

Your fare is based on the distance and the time of the trip, plus any booking fee that applies. You always see an estimate before you confirm the ride. The final amount can differ slightly if the route or destination changes during the trip, and fares can be higher at busy times — any increase is shown to you before you book.

You can pay from your in-app wallet or with the payment methods offered at booking. Top up your wallet at any time from the Wallet screen. Every completed trip produces an invoice you can view in your ride history.

Yes. Cancelling before a driver accepts is always free. Once a driver has accepted and started travelling to you, a cancellation fee may apply — this covers the distance they have already driven. The fee is shown in the app before you confirm a cancellation.

Every driver is checked before they can accept a trip. We verify their driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance documents, and each driver is approved manually before going live. You can see your driver's name, photo, vehicle and rating before they arrive, and you can rate them after every trip.

When your driver arrives, they ask you for a four-digit code shown in your app. The trip cannot start until that code is entered. It makes sure you are getting into the right vehicle, and that the driver has the right passenger.

Some places well known locally are not listed in map data. If you cannot find your address by typing it, you can place your pickup or drop-off point directly on the map instead. Drag the pin to the exact spot and confirm.

Contact us through in-app support as soon as you notice, with the trip details from your ride history. We will try to put you in touch with your driver. Reporting quickly makes a recovery much more likely.

Download the LeilCab Driver app and register with your details. You will be asked to upload your driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance. Once our team has reviewed and approved your documents, you can go online and start accepting trips.
