Delete your LeilCab account
You can permanently delete your LeilCab account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
From the app
- Open the LeilCab app and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
By request
If you cannot access the app, email support@leilcab.com from your registered email with the subject Account Deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, phone number, email, saved places and ride history linked to your account are removed.
What may be retained
Completed trip and payment receipts may be retained for the period required by Nigerian law and tax or accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
